ppvpn Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ppvpn ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ppvpn website located at ppvpn.app, including all associated services, games, betting markets, promotions, and support functions.

By completing the registration process, depositing funds into your ppvpn account, or placing any wager on the platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand their content and legal effect, and that you agree unconditionally to be bound by them.

These Terms apply in conjunction with the ppvpn Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this document. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other policy document, these Terms shall take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.

ppvpn reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Where a material change is made, we will endeavour to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account. Access to and use of the ppvpn platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You do not currently hold another active or suspended account on the ppvpn platform.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by ppvpn or any other gaming operator.
• The funds used for deposits and wagers on ppvpn are your own lawfully earned or acquired funds and are not derived from criminal or fraudulent activity.
• You are of sound mind and are not acting under the influence of alcohol or substances that impair your judgement.

ppvpn takes its age restriction obligations seriously. We employ age verification checks during the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, which is triggered before the first withdrawal is processed and may be triggered at any earlier point at our sole discretion. Players who cannot confirm their age to our satisfaction will have their accounts suspended pending verification.

Any player found to be under the age of 18 will have their account permanently closed. Any deposits made by an underage player will be returned to the payment method used for the original deposit, and any winnings generated during the period of underage use will be forfeited in their entirety.

To access the full range of ppvpn services, including deposits, withdrawals, and real-money wagering, you are required to create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid email address.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. ppvpn will never ask you to reveal your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, and any activity that occurs on your account using your credentials will be considered your responsibility.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on ppvpn. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — constitutes a breach of these Terms. ppvpn uses automated systems and manual review processes to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended, balances forfeited, and the player permanently banned from the platform.

You must notify ppvpn immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. ppvpn cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by the player's failure to protect their login credentials.

ppvpn supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods specifically tailored for players in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and the ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to denote monetary amounts.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are credited to your ppvpn account balance in real time or within a few minutes depending on the payment method used. ppvpn does not charge any fee on incoming deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own service charges. Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, Islami Bank transfer, Sonali Bank transfer, and Visa or Mastercard international cards.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being completed on your account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. ppvpn targets a processing time of under 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad withdrawals for fully verified accounts during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution. ppvpn does not impose withdrawal fees, though your payment provider's standard charges may apply.

Withdrawal conditions: Funds deposited via a specific payment method will ordinarily be returned to that same method. Where this is not technically possible, ppvpn will arrange an alternative withdrawal method following verification of your identity. ppvpn reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, or terms violations are suspected.

ppvpn reserves the right to delay or refuse any withdrawal request where the account is under investigation for suspected fraud, terms violation, or unusual betting patterns. In such cases, ppvpn will notify the player and provide a reasonable opportunity to respond before a final decision is made.

ppvpn offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented. These general bonus rules apply to all ppvpn promotions unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise.

• All bonuses must be claimed within the time window specified in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonuses cannot be retroactively applied.
• Bonus funds are held separately from real-money funds in your ppvpn account balance. Real-money funds are used first; bonus funds are applied when the real-money balance reaches zero.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms.
• ppvpn reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to cancel a bonus from a player's account if the bonus was claimed in error, claimed using fraudulent means, or if the player has violated any element of these Terms.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Using bonuses as part of a coordinated strategy to exploit the ppvpn platform — including but not limited to bonus abuse, matched betting using bonus funds, or exploiting software errors — constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• ppvpn's promotions are available to players based in Bangladesh. Players accessing the platform via VPN or proxy services to claim geo-restricted bonuses may have their bonus voided and their account reviewed.

Seasonal promotions tied to Bangladesh's cultural calendar — including Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Victory Day, and Independence Day — are offered at ppvpn's discretion and will be communicated to eligible players via the platform notification system and registered email address. Terms for seasonal promotions are issued at the time of each offer and may differ from standard promotion terms.

All sports betting markets, casino games, live casino tables, slots, and arcade games available on ppvpn are governed by the specific rules applicable to that product category. The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming activity on the platform.

Sports Betting: ppvpn offers outright and in-play betting markets on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC ODI Championship, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, hockey, and other sports. All odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, the odds at the time of acceptance are fixed. ppvpn reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has already commenced where the player had access to information not publicly available at the time of placing the bet.

Casino and Live Casino: All casino games on ppvpn are sourced from certified providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by real physical game events streamed in HD. ppvpn does not manipulate game outcomes and does not impose undisclosed winning limits on individual player accounts.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed at the point of wagering. ppvpn reserves the right to apply individual account-level stake restrictions where unusual betting patterns or potential advantage play is identified.

Void and Cancelled Events: Where a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or voided, all associated bets will be settled in accordance with ppvpn's event-specific voiding rules, which are available from the support team on request. In the absence of specific rules, bets on cancelled events will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account balance.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ppvpn platform. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent ban from the platform. ppvpn reserves the right to report suspected criminal activity to the relevant authorities.

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your ppvpn account.
• Money laundering: Using ppvpn as a vehicle for laundering funds derived from criminal activity. ppvpn maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) procedures and reports suspicious transaction patterns as required.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or any other multi-player game format.
• Software exploitation: Using bots, automated betting software, scripts, or any other technical mechanism to gain an advantage not available to standard players.
• Duplicate accounts: Registering or operating more than one account on ppvpn, including accounts registered in another person's name for the purpose of circumventing restrictions applied to your primary account.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting ppvpn's bonus and promotion structure in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times.
• Chargeback abuse: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or mobile money provider for deposits that were legitimately credited to and used on your ppvpn account.
• Minors gambling: Knowingly allowing a person under the age of 18 to access and use your ppvpn account.

Either party may initiate the closure of a ppvpn account at any time, subject to the conditions described in this section.

Player-initiated closure: You may request the closure of your ppvpn account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before closure, all pending bets will be settled in accordance with their applicable rules, and any remaining real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method following verification of your identity.

Self-exclusion: If you wish to exclude yourself from the ppvpn platform for responsible gaming reasons, please refer to the Responsible Gaming page for details of the self-exclusion tools available. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately. During a self-exclusion period, your account cannot be reopened at your request — the exclusion period must run its full course.

ppvpn-initiated suspension or closure: ppvpn reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Discovery that the player is under 18 years of age.
• Discovery that the player is accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Legal obligation — for example, following receipt of a court order or law enforcement request.

Where an account is closed by ppvpn due to a terms breach, any bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited in their entirety. Real-money funds held at the time of closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method after deduction of any amounts owed to ppvpn, including any identified fraud losses or chargeback amounts.

ppvpn will endeavour to notify the player of any account suspension or closure via their registered email address, except where doing so would compromise an ongoing fraud investigation or is prohibited by a legal obligation.
